When you arrive at the Gala, you will receive a packet that will contain a live auction catalog, your bid card and your table assignment. The bid card will have your bidder number printed on it. You can bid on items during the silent auction by writing your bidder number on the silent auction form.
This year, the Gala will feature a professional auctioneer, who will conduct the live auction. To bid on a live auction item, simply raise your bid card and either Sean or one of the live auction spotters will recognize and record your bid. You will also use your bidder number during the dessert auction. (see below)
After the live auction has finished, successful bidders may submit their payments and obtain their goods.

Each table will receive a dessert auction form. This form will have a space for your bidder number and the amount you would like to bid for the chance for your table to select dessert first. The total bid for each table will be used to determine the selection order.

We welcome parent assistance. Aside from the obvious answer of "sponsor activities, bid on auction items and party your derrière off at the Gala", we have the following suggestions:

    • Donate silent and live auction items (click here for a donor form)
    • Donate bottles of wine for the auction
    • Invite your family and friends to attend the Gala
    • Sign up to help set up or take down
    • Have your company sponsor part of the Gala. It's great advertising!
