Welcome - San Diego French American School

Welcome to the SDFAS pre-elementary school, where your child will grow, discover and learn in a safe, international environment.

Learning through hands-on play and classroom experiences, and guided by highly trained teachers with master's degrees in education, your child will engage in challenging activities that will stimulate their imaginations.

Early on, children learn to work independently, preparing them for the elementary years, where autonomy is emphasized. While engaged in group activities, children develop proper social behavior, learning to share with others and to work together in developing unique solutions to problems using manipulative games.

In the pre-elementary school, the foundation for successful academics is established and developed through oral language, social development, fine and gross motor skills, discovery of the world and creativity.
